Do I need a helmet?
Yes, helmets are required for all riders during classes and events.
What gear is recommended?
Water is probably on of the most important things to take with you on an outdoor adventure. We suggest gloves, sturdy close toed shoes, and eye protection for all trail rides. Dress for the weather, which in NM means you could see all 4 seasons in one day. Be prepared!
Are trails suitable for beginners?
Yes, we have trails and classes designed for all skill levels, including beginners.

Are bicycle helmets required in New Mexico?
The Child Helmet Safety Act (Chapter 32A, Article 24 NMSA 1978) states that anyone under the age of 18 (minor) must wear protective gear on their head to prevent any accidents from occurring. This law states that anyone (operator) on a bicycle, skateboard, scooters, motorized cycles, or skates must have a helmet
